About the role
Temporary opportunity to provide professional, confidential, efficient and effective administrative and secretarial support to the Director of Medical Imaging Services, Medical Director, Assistant Directors and Nurse Unit Manager Medical Imaging, Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital (RBWH) and Surgical Treatment and Rehabilitation Services (STARS) and Assistant Nursing Director, Medical Imaging and Clinical Support Services.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Provide high level of confidential administrative and secretarial support to the Director, Assistant Director's and Medical Imaging Department, undertaking research of files and organisational resources as required.
- Provide a reception service and ensure a high confidential standard of service is maintained.
- Answer enquiries and provide accurate advice and support to your customer base.
- Arrange and maintain an electronic daily diary of meetings and appointments, ensuring optimal usage of available time.
