We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our team! If you have experience with Xero, payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Process accounts receivable and payable
✅ Manage payroll and ensure compliance
✅ Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records
✅ Assist with financial reporting and general bookkeeping tasks

Requirements:

🔹 Experience with Xero (essential)
🔹 Understanding of payroll, AR/AP processes
🔹 Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
🔹 Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Location: Wanneroo
📅 Position: Flexible hours available (Full-time or Part-time)
💰 Salary: $50,000 – $70,000 (based on experience)
