Enrolled Nurse (EN) – Disability Support (High Intensity Needs)
Location: Head Office is located in Loganholme Providing services to assist those with a disability and/or disadvantaged youths in the Brisbane, Logan, Gold Coast, Ipswich & Scenic Rim Communities.
Salary: Above award rates – Negotiable based on qualifications and experience

Are you an experienced and compassionate Enrolled Nurse looking to make a real difference in the lives of people with complex needs? We are currently seeking a dedicated EN to join our supportive and dynamic team, providing high-quality care for NDIS participants with High-Intensity Support needs.

About the Role:
You will be responsible for delivering person-centred care for participants with a range of complex medical needs, including:

Catheter care

Complex wound management

Dysphagia management

Enteral feeding (PEG/PEJ/NG)

Assistance with high-intensity support needs and health protocols

Requirements:

Current Enrolled Nurse registration with AHPRA

Relevant experience in disability or community care

Competency in managing high intensity supports

Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check

CPR and First Aid (current)

Manual handling and medication administration competency

Excellent communication and documentation skills
