Disability Support Worker – High Intensity Supports

Greenacres is a leading disability service provider in the region, with services and programs across 24 sites in Wollongong, Shellharbour, and Shoalhaven. Each week, we support around 500 people to live the life they imagine through a range of person-centred services. About the Role

This position requires a male team member to support a participant one-on-one in the community to engage in meaningful, self-directed activities. These include:

Using public transport, especially local trains

Enjoying community walks

Sharing lunch out in the community

You’ll work a minimum of 11 hours per week, with these regular shifts paid at SCHADS Level 3 due to the high-intensity support involved. Shifts are flexible across weekdays, typically between 9:00am and 2:30pm, with opportunities to pick up additional hours as they arise. When not supporting this participant, any other shifts will be paid at SCHADS Level 2.
