Business Services and Tax Supervisor / Manager

The Role:

Guide and develop a team of talented accountants while managing a diverse portfolio of clients.

Work closely with clients adding strategic value to deliver solutions beyond compliance.

Prepare and review financial statements and tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships, and superannuation funds.

Advise clients on business operations, complex tax matters, regulatory requirements, restructures, estate planning, and succession planning.

Provide value-added services, including financial modelling, asset sales and acquisitions, and strategic planning.

Supervise, mentor, and support junior and senior accountants, fostering their professional growth.

Manage workflow and team performance, ensuring efficiency and client satisfaction.

To be considered for this excellent vacancy, you must have:

6 + years experience working in an Australian accounting firm

Your CA/CPA Qualifications and experience with Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks.

A passion for helping Australian Businesses and have excellent leadership qualities

Strong technical expertise in tax and compliance, coupled with business advisory experience ( BA experience not essential if at the supervisor level)
