Are you an experienced senior accountant ready to take the next step in your career? We’re currently partnering with a well-established accounting firm in Perth that is seeking a Manager to join their Tax and Business Services team.

In this client-facing role, you'll manage a diverse portfolio of SMEs, high-net-worth individuals, and family groups, delivering expert tax compliance, strategic planning, and business advisory services. You’ll oversee a team of accountants, review complex tax returns and financial statements, and work closely with Partners on client strategy and firm development.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing a broad client portfolio with a focus on tax and business advisory
• Reviewing and finalising complex tax returns, BAS/IAS, and financial reports
• Providing tax planning and structuring advice across various entity types
• Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of junior and senior accountants
• Collaborating with Partners on business development and client growth initiatives

What You’ll Bring:

• CA or CPA qualification
• 5+ years’ experience in public practice
• Strong technical knowledge of Australian tax law and compliance requirements
• Proven experience managing client relationships and mentoring staff
• Excellent communication and leadership skills is a must
