About the positions

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable people to join our Digital Testing team in our Melbourne CBD office. The Digital Testing Officer role is responsible for ensuring that a range of NAATI online tests are delivered in a high quality, organised and stress-free manner for candidates.

Casual position available

Melbourne CBD office location

Casual position - paid an hourly rate of $47.16 per hour (rate includes casual loading)

About you

Demonstrated experience in customer service roles

Strong multitasking and organisational abilities

Well-developed oral and written communication skills

Proven ability for attention to detail and accuracy

Effective problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems

Positive attitude and team collaboration
