Parent to Parent (P2P) has been supporting people with disabilities and their families for over 27 years. We do this by creating opportunities within the community to empower people with a disability and those who support them.

About the role:

We are seeking a talented and creative Digital Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging, high-quality digital content across multiple platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and other digital marketing channels. This role requires a passion for storytelling, an eye for design, and the ability to produce compelling written, visual, and multimedia content.

The role includes:

Develop, create, and manage high-quality content for social media, blogs, websites, email newsletters, and other digital platforms.

Plan and execute content strategies that align with brand messaging and marketing goals.

Produce and edit visual content, including graphics, photos, and videos, for digital distribution.

Write engaging and SEO-friendly copy for blogs, social media, and web pages.

Collaborate with the Communications Officer to ensure consistent brand voice and messaging.

Monitor content performance using analytics tools and optimise strategies accordingly.

Stay up to date with digital trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices.

Engage with online communities, respond to comments, and foster audience growth.

Manage content calendars and ensure timely publishing of digital materials.

What you will bring to our team:

Proven experience as a Digital Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role.

Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with an understanding of SEO principles.

Experience creating and editing video content

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Excellent time management and organisational skills.

Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar.

Experience in developing and executing communication strategies and campaigns

Analytical skills to interpret data and trends, turning insights into actions

Passion for making a positive impact in the community

An understanding of the disability sector through personal or professional experience

Advanced WordPress, Canva, and Google Suite skills

Extensive experience of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and X
