About the Role

This is a hands-on, operations-focused leadership role where you'll:

• Support and coach Store Managers to drive performance, exceed targets, and maintain visual and operational excellence.
• Champion brand values and ensure consistency in in-store execution, customer experience, and compliance.
• Oversee store audits, sales results, stock management, and loss prevention measures.
• Work closely with HR, L&D, and senior leaders to identify talent, improve retention, and develop team capability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to support business success at store level.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in higher retail management.
• Retail jewellery experience required.
• A strategic and commercially minded leader with a strong operational foundation.
• Exceptional communication and coaching skills with the ability to influence and drive change.
• Sound knowledge of retail metrics including sales, GP, shrinkage, conversion, and compliance.
• A passion for customer experience, visual merchandising, and team development.
• Full availability and flexibility to travel across NSW, ACT, and QLD.
• A valid driver's license is required.
