• Develop and manage service provider contracts and agreements

Technical Expertise Meets Strategic Vision

We're seeking a seasoned professional with:

• Demonstrated experience in managing complex, high-value assets in 24/7 operational environments
• Proven ability to develop maintenance strategies, exceed performance targets, and secure investment
• Extensive knowledge of construction codes, maintenance policies, WHS frameworks, and legislated requirements
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement, collaboration, and consultation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret maintenance data

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Delivery: Develop and implement strategic maintenance plans, asset management frameworks, and service provider governance.
• Governance and Leadership: Lead and develop the maintenance team, ensuring knowledge and skills to deliver planned activities.
