- Develop and manage service provider contracts and agreements
Technical Expertise Meets Strategic Vision
We're seeking a seasoned professional with:
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex, high-value assets in 24/7 operational environments
- Proven ability to develop maintenance strategies, exceed performance targets, and secure investment
- Extensive knowledge of construction codes, maintenance policies, WHS frameworks, and legislated requirements
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement, collaboration, and consultation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret maintenance data
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Delivery: Develop and implement strategic maintenance plans, asset management frameworks, and service provider governance.
- Governance and Leadership: Lead and develop the maintenance team, ensuring knowledge and skills to deliver planned activities.
- Stakeholder Success: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and quality outcomes.
