As a seasoned infrastructure expert, you'll:
- Develop and implement overarching team frameworks to oversee delivery, priorities and task sequencing
- Demonstrate domain knowledge in Human Resources, Procurement, Finance, Governance and Information Management
- Support governance, audits and reporting, ensuring quality, accuracy and timelines
- Instil project management principles, driving efficiency and effectiveness
- Formulate complex documents, reports and business cases for senior executives
Your technical expertise will:
- Streamline processes, mitigating risks and fuelling growth
- Drive change management, ensuring seamless adoption
- Instil a culture of agility and resilience, ensuring adaptability
- Foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment
Key Responsibilities

The Ideal Candidate
A seasoned executive with:
- 10+ years of senior business services experience in construction/project delivery
- Deep knowledge of infrastructure, asset management frameworks and project planning
- Exceptional time management, leadership and mentoring skills
- High-calibre communication, collaboration and analytical skills
- Proven experience in information management and change management
