Northrop Grumman Australia provides the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) with through-life support for its fleet of KC-30A Multi-role Tanker Transport (MRTT) aircraft—a derivative of the Airbus A330-200. The platform is a trusted and proven asset, and the program is continually growing in capability and expertise.
Your Role
As the Continuous Improvement Specialist on the KC-30A Program, you will
Provide improvement advice in start-up phases or business projects, highlighting issues, constraints and risks
Manage Business Improvement projects
Influence and lead an improvement and innovation culture
Embed Business Improvement capabilities in the business by raising the awareness of Business
Improvement to encourage innovation
Facilitate Continuous Improvement Councils
About You
Armed with your working knowledge of LEAN principles, you will be the Subject Matter Expert to the KC-30A Program and will have
Diploma in Project Management
Experience in Change Management
Experience with a range of Business Improvement Tools and Techniques
Exemplary stakeholder engagement to enable effective partnering across the organisation.
Experience in LEAN SIGMA SIX would be highly advantageous
