Now Careers is working with a valued client to find a program-driven, quality-focused Site Manager to lead the successful delivery of mid-to-large scale townhouse developments and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in commercial construction, with the ability to apply that discipline and structure to the residential space.

This is a hands-on role, suited to someone with a keen eye for detail across multiple trades, and a desire to work on high-end residential developments while continuing to grow with a builder active across both residential and commercial sectors on the northside of Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure each stage of construction is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate and manage multiple trades, subcontractors, and suppliers across all stages of the build.
• Apply commercial-grade process and quality control to residential delivery.
• Oversee scheduling, short-term programming, and daily/weekly site planning.
• Report on project progress, identify risks, and collaborate with internal teams to maintain delivery momentum.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Minimum 5+ years experience in a site management role within the commercial construction industry (commercial fit-outs, base builds, multi-level or mixed-use developments).
• Proven ability to transition commercial construction experience into residential or townhouse projects.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, program management, and defect-free delivery.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, engineering documents, and architectural plans.
• Proficiency with construction management tools and software.
