Reporting to the Studio Manager as Sales Consultant you will:

Spearhead and drive studio sales

Manage local area marketing campaigns

Deliver exceptional customer service to new and existing clients

Call unconverted leads on a daily basis to increase studio client retention and sales

Be confident and focus driven in the pursuit of high volume telephone sale conversions

Enjoy working both autonomously and as part of a dynamic team

Have a natural ability to connect with potential / existing clients

Have previous experience working with customer service and sales targets

Be pro-active, energetic and have the ability to multi-task

This is a very busy and fast-paced role that requires you to be organised, have great interpersonal skills and have the ability to think on your feet. A vast component of this role is direct telephone sales.

The ideal candidate will be available to work 15-20 hours per week (school hours are ideal).

As Sales Consultant, you will enjoy the support of an amazing Studio Manager and Franchisees and work amongst an incredible team of Pilates instructors.
