Founded in 2004, focusing on the R&D and manufacturing of high-tech solar lights, our client's focus is on providing the world with comprehensive intelligent solar lighting solutions, uniquely designed solar streetlights and garden lights. Their sales network of high performing sales reps covers more than 70 countries and regions around the world.
They are now expanding their reach into the Australian market and are seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives to support their sales and client engagement efforts in Australia. The ideal candidate will play a key role in connecting with potential clients, maintaining relationships, and driving business growth in the region. This role involves a combination of client outreach, relationship management, and market research.
This is not a call centre opportunity. Our client is looking for genuine B2B sales reps with experience in face to face sales and relationship building, initially on a casual basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Outreach and Engagement:
Receive client lists from the client and proactively reach out to potential clients via phone calls or in-person visits.
Collect and provide client contact information to the client for further follow-up.
Conduct regular follow-up visits to existing clients to maintain relationships and drive business progress.
Market Development
Attend relevant trade shows and exhibitions to identify potential clients, collect business cards, and gather contact information.
Collaboration
Accompany the client's team members during their annual visits to Australia (approximately twice a year) to facilitate client meetings and provide local support.
Work closely with the client's team to align on sales strategies and client engagement plans.
Experience Required:
Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
Experience in B2B sales or a similar field is preferred.
Skills:
Professional for cold call, meeting appointment and customer visiting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Travel:
Willingness to travel locally for client visits and occasionally accompany the client during their visits to Australia.
Availability to attend trade shows and exhibitions as needed.
Own car and valid Australian drivers license
