I’m excited to present this opportunity with our client, an Australian owned leader in their market who have been operating for over 10 years. We're currently seeking to appoint a dynamic and highly competent Retention Marketing Manager to join this thriving team.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a unique role where you'll design and execute cutting-edge retention strategies to enhance customer loyalty, reduce churn, and increase lifetime value.
The Key Responsibilities required of you in this role include:
- Lead a high-performing team of two, collaborating with the CEO and senior leaders
• Leverage advanced data analytics and CRM tools (specifically Braze) to drive impactful strategies
• Develop and implement data-driven retention strategies across the customer lifecycle
• Own the customer journey, ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term engagement
• Work cross-functionally to enhance overall customer experience and messaging consistency
• Stay ahead of industry trends and implement innovative retention strategies
Data Analysis and Campaign Optimization:
• Monitor and report on key customer metrics to senior leadership
• Analyze customer behavior and create predictive models for segmentation and churn reduction
• Optimize Braze utilization for personalized, data-driven campaigns
• Integrate additional communication channels like push notifications and in-app messaging
• Conduct A/B testing and develop automated campaigns based on predictive models
The Qualifications and Skills required for this role include:
• Recognized tertiary Marketing qualifications
• 4+ years in retention marketing, with 2+ years in a management role
• Proven track record in churn reduction and retention strategies, driving commercial ROI
• Advanced knowledge of CRM systems, particularly Braze, with experience utilising them to optimize retention campaigns
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative results-driven environment
• Experience in customer lifecycle management, with a continuous drive for improved performance
• Solution focused with the ability to influence decision-making at an executive level
