We’re working with a long-established and highly respected business in the construction and recycling space, seeking a capable and confident Site Manager to take the reins at their Dandenong facility. This is a pivotal leadership role where you’ll manage daily production, and create the structure and culture needed for long-term site success.

About the Role:

Oversee the day-to-day operation of a high-volume recycling plant

Lead and support a site crew including machinery operators, pickers, and weighbridge staff

Coordinate with internal sales and operations to align crushing priorities with product demand

Ensure safety, environmental compliance, and plant performance standards are consistently met

Create a team culture where everyone is clear on expectations, motivated to succeed, and proud of what they do

What We’re Looking For:

Experience managing a recycling, quarry, civil, or machinery-heavy industrial site

Proven background as a Site Manager or Supervisor with hands-on leadership experience

Confident running toolbox talks, driving daily targets, and overseeing maintenance schedules

Someone who builds culture, earns respect, and leads by example a true “coach on the field” vibe

Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence, with a proactive and practical mindset
