About the Role:

We are currently seeking a Cosmetic Nurse to become part of the Urban Spa team at Beecroft and breakfast Point on a Full time basis.

As a Cosmetic Nurse at Results Laser Clinic, your responsibilities will include performing various cosmetic treatments on clients using cutting-edge technologies and products that have proven results. You will enlighten our clients by conducting facial assessments and consultations, providing tailored treatment plans to meet each client's unique skin needs, and ensuring follow-up appointments to keep clients well-informed, comfortable, and prepared for Cosmetic Injectable treatments.

As a results-oriented company, we invest in our team through training, education, and ongoing professional development for our Cosmetic Nurses. We grow, excel, and innovate together as we work towards our goals and support each other along the way.

To Be a Successful Applicant, You Should:

Hold qualifications as a Registered Nurse and be registered with AHPRA

Have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse

Commit to a minimum engagement of 2 years

Be passionate and knowledgeable about Cosmetic Injectables, skincare, professional treatments, and services

Have experience working in a retail environment (or similar) and the ability to achieve sales targets, both individually and as part of a team

Be able to identify sales opportunities and contribute to the growth of injectable services within the business

Possess strong communication and consultation skills with a dedication to providing exceptional customer service

Be passionate about building confidence in your clients' skin and body

Be eager to learn and develop personally and professionally as the cosmetic industry continues to evolve

Exhibit a positive "can-do" attitude and thrive in a team-oriented environment

Possess a natural ability to make clients feel comfortable, informed, and confident

Be available to work on Saturdays and participate in late-night trade (Thu/Fri)
