We are a boutique skin and aesthetics clinic focused on premium, ethical treatments and skin health. Our approach combines advanced injectables with tailored skin protocols to create results that are elegant, refined, and long-lasting. As we expand, we’re looking for a confident and capable Cosmetic Registered Nurse Injector to join us in a clinic manager role—helping shape both the treatment experience and day-to-day clinical operations.

About the Role

This is a dual role that combines cosmetic injecting with clinic oversight and leadership. You’ll be providing anti-wrinkle and skin booster treatments, prescribing skincare, and assisting with clinical skin procedures (training provided).

You'll also help shape and manage clinical protocols, ensure treatment compliance, support front-of-house operations, and provide a seamless, elevated experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Injectables & Skin:

Perform anti-wrinkle and skin booster treatments with precision and care

Provide tailored skincare prescriptions based on client needs and clinic protocols

Conduct professional, educational consultations and ongoing reviews

Assist in delivering skin procedures (training will be provided in-clinic protocols)

Clinic Oversight & Setup:

Maintain clinical setup standards in line with AHPRA and TGA guidelines

Set up and oversee treatment spaces to ensure injectable compliance and safety

Assist with documentation, protocols, and procedure readiness

Ensure appropriate storage, record-keeping, and pre/post-care materials are in place

Reception & Client Flow:

Support front desk duties when needed (welcoming clients, bookings, intake forms)

Ensure smooth clinic flow and a consistent, high-quality experience

Recommend treatment plans and follow-through from consultation to post-care

Leadership & Advisory:

Act as a key clinical support for the business owner

Guide junior staff and uphold high standards of treatment and compliance

Assist with treatment menu development, clinic setup, and stock control

What Sets This Role Apart

While a typical cosmetic RN focuses solely on injecting, this role includes strategic input, operational oversight, and client pathway management. You’ll be trusted to lead, advise, and ensure the clinic operates at a gold-standard level—both clinically and operationally.

What We’re Looking For

AHPRA-registered RN (cosmetic experience preferred but not essential for the right candidate)

Competence in anti-wrinkle treatments (required)

Interest or experience in polynucleotides or skin health

Passion for skin education and prescribing evidence-based skincare

Strong attention to detail and comfort balancing clinical + reception tasks

Confident communicator with leadership potential
