We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cosmetic Nurse Injector to join our dynamic team who is interested in being an all rounder in Cosmetic injectables, skin treatments, face and body contouring. About the Role:

You’ll be responsible for delivering a variety of advanced aesthetic treatments, including:

Cosmetic injectables (anti-wrinkle, dermal fillers, skin boosters, PRP, biostimulators)

Skin treatments (facials, microneedling, peels, mesotherapy)

Face and body contouring (HIFU, RF, EMS, fat freezing, cavitation)

This is a hands-on role that blends clinical excellence, client care, and a passion for aesthetics.

Mandatory Requirements:

Division 1 Registered Nurse or Enrolled nurse with current AHPRA registration

Minimum 1 year experience in cosmetic injectables

Must be able to use needle and cannula

Must be available to work on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and potentially weekends. This role is 8 hour per week minimum and can extend depending on demand.

Skilled in:

Anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, PRP

Skin needling, mesotherapy, peels

HIFU, RF, fat cavitation, EMS, and fat freezing

Strong consultation skills and a client-first attitude

Preferred:

Experience using advanced aesthetic devices (lasers, RF skin tightening, HIFU, fat cavitation, EMS muscle toning, fat freezing).

Proficiency in cosmetic injectables such as anti-wrinkle treatments, dermal fillers, skin boosters, PRP, PDO threads.

Expertise in clinical skin treatments (medical peels, microneedling, PRP, laser pigmentation removal).

A background in retail or sales, with a strong ability to meet and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Clinical Expertise:

Conduct thorough client consultations, including skin analysis and facial assessments.

Develop and execute customised treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

Administer a variety of advanced aesthetic treatments, including:

Cosmetic injectables (anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, biostimulators).

Clinical skin treatments (chemical peels, microneedling, PRP).

Body contouring and skin tightening (HIFU, fat freezing, RF, EMS muscle toning).

Maintain detailed, accurate, and up-to-date client records.

2. Client Experience & Education:

Provide a warm and professional experience, ensuring clients feel confident and well-informed.

Educate clients on skincare and treatment options to build trust and long-term relationships.

Offer skincare recommendations and retail products to complement treatments.

3. Business Growth & Sales:

Work towards personal and team KPIs, contributing to the clinic’s overall success.

Identify opportunities to expand services and enhance client engagement.

Drive client retention and loyalty through personalised treatment plans and follow-ups.

4. Clinic Operations & Team Collaboration:

Guide clients on their aesthetic transformation journey and celebrate their progress.

Collaborate with a friendly, professional, and high-performing team.

Assist with general clinic operations and administrative tasks.

Stock taking and product management

Support social media and content creation to showcase results and educate clients.

Flexibility to work at the Colebee Clinic if required.
