We the Wild is a fast-growing houseplant care brand helping people grow thriving plants naturally. We’re looking for a Performance Content Creator who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, create high-performing content, and move fast with an ambitious team that's always testing, learning, and growing.

You’ll work closely with the Founder to film, edit, and produce a steady flow of social ads, organic content, and product launch campaigns across the US and Australian markets. This is the perfect opportunity if you have 2–4 years' experience, have a high level of creativity and want to supercharge your marketing career in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where creativity drives real results.

What You'll Do:

Film, edit, and produce performance-driven ads and organic content for Meta, TikTok, and Instagram

Brief and manage the creation of eDMs, blog articles, and organic social captions

Test creative hooks and iterate quickly based on ad performance (CTR, ROAS, thumbstop rates)

Use AI tools and smart workflows to rapidly create and repurpose content

Collaborate with external editors, designers, and freelancers as needed

Attend regular group coaching calls to improve your growth marketing knowledge

What You Bring:

2–4+ years' experience in content creation, social media marketing, or e-commerce growth roles

Ability to film, edit, and design content that drives action — not just looks good

Strong understanding of marketing performance and growth creative

Experience with tools like CapCut, Final Cut, Adobe Suite, Canva, and Klaviyo

Passion for houseplants and real-world plant care knowledge (essential!)
