About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Store Manager to lead our Dunsborough team. This is a full-time, hands-on leadership position perfect for someone passionate about hospitality, people management, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily store operations to deliver outstanding customer service and product quality.

Manage and train a high-performing team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Oversee stock control, ordering, and inventory management.

Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and safety standards.

Drive sales and operational efficiencies to meet performance targets.

Collaborate with head office and uphold Sushi Sushi brand standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience in a management or supervisory role within hospitality, retail, or food service (essential).

Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.

Ability to manage budgets, rosters, and KPIs effectively.

High attention to detail and commitment to excellence in food presentation and store cleanliness.

Food Safety Certification (preferred) or willingness to obtain.

Ability to work a flexible roster including weekends and public holidays.
