With our goal to expand Mile End into Sydney next year, we are now seeking a passionate hospitality or retail leader with the positivity to lead our team of fantastic people, in the position of Store Manager!

In your role, you will report directly to the Cafe Operations Manager, driving the business forward and overseeing the success of your store. As an established customer service leader, we want to see you lead by example and be hands on with your customer obsessed team, supporting them to be the best they can be, delivering positive customer experiences every day!

As a Store Manager, your role will involve –

Motivating your team to promote the Mile End Values and culture to deliver a positive customer experience every single time.

Hiring, on boarding, training, rostering your team.

Implementing initiatives to grow your business and delight your customers.

Meeting the stores financial objectives.

Grow and develop your team to be future leaders within the business.

Controlling purchasing costs and inventory levels

Maintaining operations by implementing and following policies & standard operating procedures

What are we looking for?

Proven leadership experience either a fast-paced hospitality, or retail environment.

Solid business acumen.

Excellent administration skills.

Exceptional presentation, communication, time management & attention to detail.

Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.

Ability to work a flexible rotating roster including weekends & public holidays.

A profound obsession on customer service and someone driven by results.
