Competitive Pay: $1200 per day Roster: 5:2/4:3

Be a key player in a high-profile mining construction project with one of the industry's leading organisations. This site-based FIFO role offers an excellent opportunity to showcase your expertise and be part of a dynamic commercial team.

Your Role: Reporting to the project leadership, you will:

• Prepare and submit progress claims, ensuring timely payments.
• Agree on Bill of Quantities rates and final accounts.
• Conduct site surveillance and review contractor progress reports.
• Manage subcontractor claims, variations, and final accounts.
• Provide contractual advice to the Project Management and Perth-based commercial teams.
• Prepare and review reports and maintain change management processes effectively.

What You'll Need:

• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in FIFO site-based roles.
• Expertise in contract administration, progress tracking, payment certificates, and cost accruals.
• Leadership skills to mentor junior Commercial Team members.
