Payroll Project Specialist – UKG Implementation
Location: Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane Location + WFH (hybrid)
Rate: $1200 - $1250 per day
Duration: 4 - 6 month contract + extensions

Join a major payroll transformation project during a pivotal phase of delivery.
We’re seeking an experienced Payroll Project Specialist to support a UKG (Kronos) implementation focused on rostered time and attendance. You’ll play a critical role in system testing, award interpretation, audit actions, and ensuring compliance with new superannuation legislation.

What you’ll do:

• Support UKG design and parallel payroll testing
• Interpret and apply the VRSR Award and an enterprise agreement
• Assist with EOFY payroll processing and follow-up from audit actions
• Explore compliance with upcoming Payday Super legislation
• Join an international payroll implementation project (Singapore, US, UK)

What you’ll bring:

• End-to-end payroll experience – ideally as a Team Lead or Manager
• Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and awards
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC6 and UKG
• Advanced Excel skills for data validation and testing
• Organised, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
