Senior Surveyor

Planned Resources are searching for Surveyors to help lead the strategic growth of our client in Melbourne. They have an ever-expanding presence across multiple states in Australia and an enviable project pipeline.

The Senior Surveyor Role:

• Site set-outs in collaboration with Area Managers and site Foremen.
• Survey tasks using advanced technologies and modern equipment.
• Providing clear guidance to construction teams on interpreting and applying survey data.
• Coordinating with site supervisors, ensuring activities have the necessary survey information.
• Ensuring only the most current plans and revisions are in use by regularly consulting with Project and Area Managers
• Conducting site checks to confirm survey technology is correctly applied to support construction workflows
• Conducting QA/QC checks and audits to uphold data integrity and compliance.
• Data processing using 12D / AutoCAD
• Handling daily survey planning and resource scheduling
• Prepare and submit survey quotations to clients when required

What We're Looking for in a Senior Surveyor:

• Previous experience working on TMR or Land Development/Subdivision Projects
• A formal qualification in Surveying, Spatial Science, or Geomatics
• Confidence working with Trimble
• Ability to use 12D and AutoCAD
