I’m currently partnering with a leading national consultancy with an excellent reputation across the Australian construction market. With a strong pipeline of work and continued growth across multiple sectors, they are looking to bring on a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their high-performing team in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities

• Full pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties
• Preparation of cost plans, estimates, and tender documentation
• Contract administration and cost reporting
• Managing and mentoring junior team members
• Working directly with clients, consultants, and contractors
• Contributing to business development and client engagement activities

About You

• Minimum 5-10 years' experience in quantity surveying
• Strong local experience within the Australian construction industry – essential
• Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar
• Proven experience across multiple building sectors
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• MRICS or AIQS membership (desirable, not essential)
