What You’ll Do

Lead the review and delivery of a range of projects monthly while maintaining quality and compliance.

Build and manage client relationships with a focus on retention, reputation, and growth.

Pending experience, this role is designed with future growth in mind — including the expectation that, in time, you will step into responsibilities as a Designated Building Surveyor. This step will align with the level of seniority and total remuneration offered and reflect a natural part of your development within KWA.

Play a key role in supporting the development of team members, helping them uphold the quality and standards KWA is known for.

Support the MD in strategic decisions, process improvements, and business initiatives.

Identify new market opportunities and contribute to KWA’s expansion.

What You Bring

Registration as a Building Surveyor with VBA (BS-U preferred).

Proven experience in building surveying and client management.

A solutions-focused mindset and ability to manage complex projects effectively & efficiently.

Strong leadership, mentorship, and communication skills.

Ambition to grow — personally and professionally — while contributing to the success of others.

The Offer

Total Package: $150,000 – $250,000 - (Inclusive of base salary, superannuation, vehicle, phone, laptop/iPad & potential performance incentives) - pending experience
