The opportunity has arisen for an immediate start for a dynamic, energetic and skilled Bookkeeper to join our rapidly growing company on a Full Time basis (can be flexible to Part Time 4 days), ensuring all back-office responsibilities are prepared in an efficient and timely manner. Job Tasks and Responsibilities

· Process loan and interests transactions and daily bank transactions across multiple entities

· Perform daily and monthly reconciliations

· Review calculations and workings, flag any issues with the operations team.

· Post journals and run transaction reviews across key accounts.

· Interact daily with operations and sales teams to resolve issues or clarify transactions.

· BAS Reconciliation and Submissions

· Completing end to end AP duties including payables of suppliers

· End of month transaction processing including posting of journal entries, accruals and prepayments

· Contribute to continuous process improvement and automation across the finance function.

· Assist with ad hoc reporting, analysis and small finance projects as needed.

What we’re looking for:

· High attention to detail and a proactive mindset.

· Intermediate Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs

· Exposure to Xero or financial services systems would be a bonus.

· A strong work ethic with an outgoing approach

· Fluent English

· Capacity to manage various deadlines

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
