You will come to us with
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in using Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in a similar role is ideal
- Brilliant interpersonal skills - you need to have outstanding customer service, rapport-building, and relationship management skills
- Multitasking ability – you can keep many customers happy at once!
- Have good time and account management skills
- Have a clear plan for developing and building relationships with existing and new clients.
- Self-motivated, very well-organised and able to work well within a team environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ambition and a strong desire to achieve.
- Access to a car to travel and visit key clients
- Highly motivated with a "can-do" attitude
- A high level of trust and integrity.
- Ability to look beyond solving the problem at hand and find ways, as a team, to better provide solutions for our clients.
- A sense of humour.

Responsibilities
As our Account Manager, you will have the support of the National Sales Manager with responsibilities including, but not limited to:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers
- Coordinating with service team to ensure smooth operations, and address issues promptly
- Identifying and implementing opportunities for new services that enhance the company’s offerings
- Preparing and delivering reports, presentations, and updates to management and team members
- Assisting with general business support where required
