The Role

Reporting to the General Manager (GM) and supporting the broader sales and operational teams, the Business Administrator will oversee day-to-day operational support across administration, CRM management, inventory and procurement coordination, customer service, logistics coordination, and marketing and digital platform maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Business Operations:

Coordinate and streamline business activities across sales, logistics, procurement, customer support, and marketing.

Prepare business and operational reports to support leadership decision-making.

Manage and continuously improve office systems, workflows, and SOPs.

Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and coordinate internal and supplier communications.

Assist with the preparation of reporting packs, marketing presentations, and business documents.

Inventory, Procurement, and Supplier Coordination:

Manage purchase orders and supplier communications to ensure on-time product availability.

Maintain inventory data integrity across distribution centres and ensure forecasting accuracy.

Support inventory stocktakes and data reconciliations.

Coordinate supplier lead times, deliveries, and stock availability as needed.

Logistics Coordination:

Liaise with 3PL and freight partners for national deliveries where required.

Monitor and assist with tracking inbound and outbound freight documentation (PODs).

Support communication with distribution centres to ensure fulfilment accuracy.

CRM Management and Customer Support:

Administer and maintain customer pipelines, profiles, and sales reporting through CRM platforms (e.g., Opmetrix or similar).

Support CRM-driven marketing initiatives and customer campaigns.

Act as a customer service liaison for key accounts, ensuring prompt issue resolution.

Marketing and Digital Support:

Update and maintain website content, product pages, news, and resources.

Manage B2B portals (Opmetrix, Sorted, Metcash) — including product uploads, pricing, and range review submissions.

Develop and maintain marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, price lists, presentation decks).

Coordinate social media content and executive LinkedIn activities.

Support employer brand initiatives, event coordination, and internal communications.

Maintain brand asset libraries, ensuring consistent and compliant use of imagery, logos, and product shots.

Assist with basic marketing systems support (CMS, Canva, CRM, email tools).

This role is the operations and marketing engine room of Dallas International.
Your ability to manage operations, support sales and marketing initiatives, and maintain accurate CRM and inventory functions will directly enable the business to grow, innovate, and service Australia's leading retailers and foodservice providers.

What We’re Looking For

2+ years’ experience in a multi-disciplinary administrative, operations support, or marketing coordination role, ideally within FMCG or wholesale industries.

Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills — able to seamlessly manage business operations, CRM maintenance, marketing content, and customer support.

Proficiency with CRM systems (Opmetrix or similar), CMS platforms, B2B portals (Metcash, Sorted), Canva or Adobe Suite, and social media platforms (LinkedIn).

Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal — with a customer-first mindset.

High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite — including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Experience preparing marketing collateral, updating websites, and managing digital assets.

Commercial acumen, proactive problem-solving ability, and an eye for process improvement.

Energetic, positive, and solutions-oriented, with pride in delivering excellence across every task.

Prior experience in FMCG, wholesale, food distribution, logistics, or inventory management roles will be highly regarded.
