This role is perfect for someone who loves a bit of structure but isn’t afraid of things changing. We’re building and refining systems, processes, and the way we work—and we want someone who’ll bring ideas to the table and help make things better.
About the Role
This is a multi-faceted support role that will involve:
Team scheduling and assisting with job coordination
Monitoring emails and calls, and being the point of contact for site managers and customers
Basic accounting tasks in Xero and Simpro (experience is ideal but we’re happy to train the right person)
Keeping job records up to date, managing ordering, and supporting weekly planning meetings
Preparing documentation, managing internal systems, and helping the team stay organised and on track
Helping us improve the way we work—from how we manage communication, to how we track jobs
About You
We’re after someone who:
Is positive, proactive, and willing to learn
Enjoys working with people and values open communication
Can balance structure and flexibility in a fast-moving environment
Has experience (or wants to gain it) with systems like Xero and Simpro
Wants more than a job—they want to be part of a tight-knit team with a shared goal

The Details
4 days per week preferred, with the potential to grow into a full-time, 5-day role as the business expands
Based in our Mornington office, with the option to work from home one day per week once trust, reliability, and efficiency have been demonstrated
Immediate start available
Pay in accordance with the Clerks—Private Sector Award 2020 (MA000002), with the opportunity for additional benefits as the company and its systems evolve
