About the role

This is a full-time Internal Sales role within the bearing, mechanical power transmission, and hardware industry. As part of Engineering Products of Australia (EPA), a dedicated service provider, your primary responsibilities will include:

Answering incoming phone calls and assisting customers with inquiries.

Processing and responding to email orders efficiently.

Managing product purchases for items not stocked in the EPA warehouse.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide excellent customer service while coordinating with suppliers to fulfill customer needs.

Who we’re looking for

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

Experience in a similar role in the Bearing and Mechanical Power Transmission, or Hardware industry.

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Proven willingness to learn and improve

Willingness to work as a team and make a difference

Enjoys being a part of a growing company

Not afraid to get their hand dirty and work in the warehouse
