About the Client
Our client is a progressive and dynamic commercial construction company providing the highest level of service to clients across all sectors of construction they work hard with their clients to create a collaborative and creative approach from initial planning through to project delivery. This challenging role requires a committed, effective and positive person to join a dynamic team who deal with a high volume of work.
What you will be doing
Working Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day this role involves implementing a WHS-compliant Sexual Harassment Prevention Plan across multiple mining sites and locations with a focus on regulatory compliance and positive duty responsibilities. You will assist to engage with site supervisors and other staff to ensure the drafted policy template is effectively tailored and rolled out at each location.
Duties include:
Liaise directly with on-site teams to understand current practices
Identify areas of risk
Ensure the organisation’s approach aligns with legislative requirements.
While site visits to Moranbah and Middlemount (requiring visitor passes) may be required, there is flexibility around this.
What you will need
To excel in this role, you’ll need 2+ year experience working in Psychosocial safety or Health and safety roles. Have previous experience creating policies and delivering prevention plans to individuals.
