About the role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team at All Care 4 you pty ltd' in Launceston, Tasmania. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care and support to our elderly residents in a casual capacity. What you'll be doing

Delivering high-quality nursing care to residents, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and coordinating care plans

Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the holistic wellbeing of each resident

Maintaining accurate and detailed medical records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies

Providing emotional support and a compassionate presence to residents and their families

Participating in continuous professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices

What we're looking for

Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia

Minimum of 6 months' experience in a similar aged care or clinical nursing role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centric approach

Strong clinical skills, including medication management and wound care

Ability to work effectively in a team and independently as required

Compassionate and empathetic nature with a genuine commitment to the wellbeing of older adults
