The Role: Registered Nurse (RN)

We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Gold Coast and Tweed region. This is a fantastic opportunity for nurses passionate about delivering high-quality care to veterans and their families in a community setting.

Pay Range: $39 – $57 per hour (based on experience and shift type)

Primary Purpose

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in supporting the clinical care of our clients within their homes. Reporting to the Client Care Advocate, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering person-centered care that promotes client independence, health, and well-being. This role is suited for nurses who value autonomy, meaningful client relationships, and being part of a highly supportive team.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse

A current First Aid and CPR certificate

Experience in community, aged care, or acute settings (preferred)

A compassionate and professional approach to client care

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills

A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
