We are looking for a driven, customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team on the Gold Coast, working with our portfolio of brands (Gym and Fitness, Revel Saunas). This isn't just another sales role - if you are an A-Player who brings energy, focus & a commitment to contribute & get results, you will absolutely hit (and even exceed) the $140K + OTE. What you’ll be doing:

Sales Support: Handle inbound leads, manage orders & provide tailored solutions to customers

Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong connections with customers through regular communication and follow-ups. Keep customer information up to date on our platforms (Netsuite, Freshdesk, Asana, Hubspot).

Sales Targets & Growth: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPI activities. Contribute to ongoing process improvements and drive sales growth through proactive efforts.

Team Collaboration & Development: Engage in regular product training & sales team meetings, contribute to team goals and adhere to company procedures

What you’ll need:

Experience working with Customers: Previous sales experience in sales with a proven track record in solution selling and a goal driven, proactive attitude

Passion for Health & Wellness: A passion for health & wellness that you embody in your lifestyle, connecting authentically with our brand’s mission and values

What Sets You Apart: Strong verbal and written communication skills; strong attention to detail; solid time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment; confidence in managing relationships and delivering exceptional customer service

Availability/Flexibility: Availability to work a combination of weekday and weekend hours as required by the role

Technical Skills: Knowledge of and experience working with Google Suite, Netsuite, Freshdesk, Asana and HubSpot

Team Player: You will be a team player and bring an enthusiastic attitude to work each day - working collaboratively with, and building strong relationships with team members while contributing to a positive atmosphere for our team. You will demonstrate a strong work ethic, take initiative towards self-learning and actively seek opportunities to develop new business and expand your skills.
