Are you a detail-oriented individual with technical expertise in machine operation and a mature outlook?

If so, we want you to be part of our dynamic team.

We are looking for skilled Production Machine Operators who can bring their technical know-how and experience to ensure the smooth production of high-quality erosion prevention sandbags.

Manage and operate various production machines to produce high-quality woven fabric.

Perform quality checks at each stage of production to ensure the highest standards of product quality.

Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to precise manufacturing specifications.

Monitor machine settings and adjust as necessary to optimize production speed and quality.

Performing routine maintenance checks

Ensuring production line efficiency

May work with Crystalline Silica while wearing necessary protective masks

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Valid forklift certification with demonstrated hands-on experience

Mechanical aptitude Proven experience with mechanical systems, demonstrating the ability to troubleshoot, adjust, and maintain production machinery effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proven ability to read and comprehend technical manuals and blueprints, effectively translating machinery specifications and production processes into actionable tasks.

Experience with machine calibration and ensuring machines run at optimal performance.

Calibrate machines and equipment to maintain optimal performance.

Operate and maintain complex production machines, ensuring smooth operation throughout the production process.

Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting and resolving issues with production machinery and processes, pinpointing root causes, and implementing effective corrective measures.
