ARG Workforce has partnered with a leading Australian manufacturing company to engage an experienced Machine Operator for the following, ongoing position based in the Redbank area.

The Role:
Rotating shift position. This position will contribute to the businesses product output for a range of Civil projects across Queensland. Full training will be provided and opportunity to further develop your skill base.

What You'll Do:

• Be trained and learn how to operate cutting-edge plastic production machinery.
• Handle and maneuver plastic materials via Forklift
• Ensure top-notch quality control and order fulfilment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Working Hours:

6:00 am to 2:30 pm Day Shift
2pm to 10.30pm Afternoon Shift
10pm to 6am Night Shift

What We're Looking For:

• Production background advantageous.
• Forklift ticket highly advantageous
• Strong willingness to learn
• Adaptability
