We are seeking a Human Resources Advisor to join our team based in North Sydney on a hybrid work model.
This role is a unique opportunity for a passionate and capable HR professional to play a critical part in delivering on the ANZ People Strategy. You'll be the first point of contact for HR-related matters, while also leading exciting projects and driving continuous improvement across the full employee life cycle. This is the perfect role for someone looking to broaden their generalist experience and work in a fast-paced, people-focused organisation that is truly going places.
Key Responsibilities Include
Lead and support key projects aligned with the ANZ People Strategy e.g., onboarding, employee engagement, talent management
Own the onboarding and induction experience, ensuring a seamless start for new hires
Provide first-line support for employee relations issues including conflict resolution and performance management
Be a business partner to leaders across ANZ, advising on HR strategy, employee matters, and performance
Coordinate HR and WHS programs, data reporting, policies, procedures, and data management
Skills & Qualifications
Tertiary qualification in HR, Business, or related field
Around 5 years' HR experience, ideally across generalist, coordination, or recruitment roles
Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional, discreet and mature approach
Strong organisational and project management skills - able to juggle admin and strategic priorities
Collaborative and proactive team player who enjoys being hands-on and driving outcomes
