The Job…..
You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the People & Culture function across a broad range of HR activities. From onboarding to employee relations, reporting, and event coordination, this is a diverse and rewarding position where no two days are the same.
Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Provide day-to-day HR and administrative support to the Brisbane office, ensuring smooth operations across all HR functions.
- Advise staff and managers on HR policies, compliance, performance management, and employee relations matters.
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, induction, records management, offboarding, and documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information in line with legal and privacy requirements.
- Drive employee engagement through events, celebrations, and team-building initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture.
- Produce HR reports and analyse workforce data to support decision-making and continuous improvement across people processes.

To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas and possess the below personal qualities:
- Degree qualified in Human Resources/Business or a relevant discipline
- Minimum 4 years experience working in a HR Generalist capacity
- Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Excel skills to assist with reporting
- Confidence working with HRIS platforms and generating reports
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- A high level of discretion and attention to detail
