Skills required and attributes:

A genuine passion for delivering the "wow factor" in patient care
A warm, approachable personality with excellent communication skills- the "gift of the gab"
Previous dental experience with strong knowledge of equipment, clinical protocols, and procedures
Ability to prepare and set up treatment rooms to a high standard
Greet, seat, and prepare patients for treatment
Competent chairside assisting for a range of dental procedures
Ability to process dental x-rays efficiently and accurately
Strict adherence to sterilization and infection control protocols
Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked operatories
Deliver clear, thorough post-operative instructions to patients
Regularly check and maintain dental equipment for safety and functionality
Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
Excellent time management, prioritizing key tasks to ensure smooth clinical operations
Reliable, punctual, and able to take ownership of your responsibilities
Skilled in documentation, filing, and maintaining accurate dental records and information systems
Ability to manage patient appointments, scheduling, and follow-ups with professionalism
Experience in processing payments and managing insurance claims when required
Commitment to maintaining an exceptional standard of care and a positive patient experience
