About the role

We are hiring capable, caring Disability Support Workers to assist NDIS participants with daily living, personal care, domestic tasks, and community access — both in their own homes and in Supported Independent Living (SIL) accommodation.

With a range of casual shifts available — mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends — there is flexibility to suit your lifestyle.

As we expand our services across the Sunshine Coast, we have immediate opportunities available.

You will be supporting clients with domestic tasks, personal care, social activities, and community access, empowering them to live and thrive independently.

Skills and experience

Mandatory

NDIS Worker Screening Check

Current First Aid/CPR

Current driving license and your own comprehensively insured vehicle

Experience supporting high-care clients

Current Yellow card (or willingness to obtain)

Current Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)

Desirable

Ability to work a variety of shifts time

Completion of or enrolment in a Certificate III/IV in Disability, Individual Support or similar
