The Role:

We are seeking a Customer Service and Sales Representative who can manage customer inquiries, answer calls, read sketches and product drawings, provide simple, but accurate quotations, and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service to both new and existing clients.

Answer inquiries by phone, email and walk in customers.

Interpret and understand basic technical drawings and diagrams to assess customer requirements.

Calculate and provide simple but accurate quotations for custom orders.

Process invoices and payments efficiently.

Follow up on quotes and address any customer concerns promptly.

Manage stock and inventory levels and order in materials from suppliers as required.

Coordinate customer deliveries, organise inbound and outbound couriers.

Collaborate with members of the team and gather the necessary information for quotations.

About You:

Positive and friendly attitude with a passion for assisting customers.

Comfortable interpreting basic technical drawings and diagrams, with training provided.

Strong and competent mathematical skills to perform calculations for quoting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong time management and organizational abilities.

Reliable, punctual, and proactive team player.

Basic use in using Excel, Word and other office programs and invoicing software. Training will be provided

Ability to work in a dynamic office environment with multiple ongoing projects.
