About the Role:

As a Mortgage Broker, you’ll be the trusted point of contact for clients' lending needs, leading a dedicated support team and working closely with the Director to drive the residential lending division through a dynamic growth phase.
This role offers a refreshing variety in your day-to-day work, comprehensive training and the opportunity to make a genuine difference in your clients' financial journeys. With a steady flow of inbound enquiries, your business acumen, relationship-building skills and passion for helping others will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to inbound enquiries while identifying new client opportunities
• Conduct in-depth financial assessments to tailor solutions to clients’ mortgage needs and goals
• Provide expert advice on mortgage options, rates and repayment strategies
• Guide clients through the mortgage application and approval process seamlessly
• Liaise with lenders to negotiate the best mortgage rates and terms
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and mortgage products
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and financial institutions
• Mentor and lead Client Associates (CAs), supporting their professional growth
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to team success

Skills and Experience:

• A strong sense of integrity and a self-motivated attitude with a focus on growth
• 2+ years of mortgage broking experience, with a Certificate IV or Diploma in Mortgage Broking
• Outstanding customer service skills and a high level of professionalism
• Proven experience managing the lending process from application through to settlement
• A passion for challenges and a natural ability to solve problems and convert leads into loans
• Commitment to building lasting client relationships and expanding referral networks
• A growth mindset and drive for continuous professional development
