Early Childhood Educator Roles – Immediate Start!

Location: Elanora Heights, NSW (Northern Beaches)

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Educator for a 12-month contract position, with the potential to extend to 5 days per week and a strong likelihood of extension for an additional year. Available Role:

Part-Time Support Educator (3 Days – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday)

Qualification: Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education

Hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm (Term-Time Only)

Start Date: Immediate (initial 12-Month Maternity Leave Contract, with a strong likelihood of extension for an additional year)

This role focuses on supporting children, including those with additional learning needs, to fully engage in all aspects of the preschool day. You will provide support to our teachers, assisting with transitions, and contributing to the setup, pack-down, and cleanliness of our learning environments.

You will work closely with the lead educators to support the implementation of a high-quality, developmentally appropriate curriculum for 3–5-year-olds. You’ll support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development and actively contribute to our strong, collaborative team culture.

What We’re Looking For:

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education

Current Working with Children Check and Child Protection Training

First Aid and CPR Certificates (or willingness to obtain)

A passion for early childhood education, with a genuine commitment to inclusive practices

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Consistent reliability, a positive outlook, and ability to take initiative.

Ability to assist with physical setup and pack-down of learning environments as a pack-away service

Experience supporting children with additional needs is highly regarded
