About the Role

We’re on the hunt for a Business Development Associate – someone who’s organised, driven, and ready to step up. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for making sure new property managements are ready to roll. You'll work closely with the Business Development Manager and Property Management team to deliver a seamless handover experience for new clients.

You'll be:

Inspecting and prepping properties for rent.

Liaising with owners and trades to make properties tenant-ready.

Managing listings and applications.

Keeping compliance on point (think smoke alarms, insurance, pool certs).

Helping streamline processes and keeping everything running like clockwork.

Being the face of professionalism with every client interaction.

Strong communication skills – you’re confident and clear.

Super-organised and a born problem-solver.

Previous real estate or property management experience (bonus points!).

A current driver’s license and your own reliable vehicle.
