Currently seeking a dynamic Senior Manager / Accounting Director to join our clients Melbourne-based team. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to lead a high-performing accounting function, working closely with ultra-affluent clients, and collaborating with international offices.​

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the end-to-end accounting processes for a portfolio of high-net-worth family clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Australian and international financial reporting standards.​
• Lead the preparation and review of financial statements, tax returns, and other regulatory filings, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.​
• Provide strategic advice on tax planning, asset structuring, and wealth preservation, tailored to the unique needs of each family.
• Collaborate with investment, legal, and estate planning teams to deliver holistic financial solutions.​
• Manage and mentor a team of accountants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.​
• Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.​

What You Bring:

• A CPA or CA qualification with substantial experience in accounting and financial reporting.​
• Proven experience in managing complex financial affairs for high-net-worth individuals or family offices.
• Strong understanding of Australian tax laws and international tax considerations.​
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues.​
• Leadership experience, with a track record of managing and developing teams.​
• A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
