Duties and Key Responsibilities:

Providing care and supervision for children and individuals with disabilities in group housing, adult service units, and government institutions.

Supporting families and providing education and care for children and disabled persons.

Assessing clients' needs and planning, developing, and implementing educational, training, and support programs tailored to individual goals.

Interviewing clients to assess the nature and extent of their difficulties.

Monitoring and reporting on clients' progress and welfare.

Referring clients to appropriate professional services and agencies when necessary.

Identifying community needs and available resources for health, welfare, housing, employment, and training services.

Liaising with private organisations and government agencies to promote awareness of community issues and resources.

Maintaining accurate case notes, reports, and documentation according to NDIS and organisational standards.

Experience:

At least 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.

Holds at least an AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma OR has a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.

Annual Salary Package: $80,000 – $85,000 per annum plus superannuation
Eligibility: Applicants must be Australian citizens or permanent residents.
