Unite Resourcing are looking for a Supervisor/ Grader Operator to assist with our clients civil project on an FMG site.

Location: FMG – Cloudbreak
Start Date: Targeting 1st May 2025
Roster: 2 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off
FIFO: Perth
Duration: 12-Month Contract
Hourly Rate: $70- $75 per hour (depending on experience)

Mandatory Requirements:

• Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
• Nationally Recognised Grader Operating Ticket (must hold valid ticket)
• OHS Construction Induction Card (White Card)
• Section 44/26 Supervisor Certification
• Ability to pass a full medical and LabDAS
• FMG Induction (highly advantageous)
• RMT skills in maintenance and repairs

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Operate graders safely and efficiently to support production targets
• Perform daily pre-start checks and adhere to all operating procedures
• Maintain and securely store tools and equipment
• Comply with all client policies and site regulations
• Take instructions from the Client Supervisor and contribute to a collaborative team environment
• Promptly report any faults or safety hazards
• Support minor maintenance and repair work as needed
